Data we collect

When you submit a contact or subscription form we collect your name (where provided), email address, engagement interest, preferred fieldwork window, and message contents. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security.

Purpose and legal basis

We process enquiry data to respond to requests about audits for fintech engagements, prepare fee letters, and maintain professional correspondence. Processing is based on your request to take steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in operating the practice.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to twenty-four months. Engagement correspondence follows the retention schedule in the signed engagement letter, typically seven years for audit working papers where applicable.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use email hosting or document-room providers acting as processors under instructions. Disclosure may occur where Taiwanese law requires it.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit access to staff working on your enquiry.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing.
